About
Echelon
Echelon is Another Leadership Properties community, thoughtfully developed in partnership with Thrilled Home Builders.
It reflects a shared belief that residential neighborhoods are strongest when planning, design, and execution are aligned from the beginning. Echelon is shaped by a cohesive vision – one that values architectural clarity, long-term livability, and a deliberate approach to how homes relate to one another and to their surroundings.
Leadership Properties
Leadership Properties is a Northwest Arkansas-based real estate development firm known for a long-term, place-based approach to residential community design.
Across its portfolio of Leadership Properties communities, the firm focuses on creating neighborhoods with a strong sense of identity, architectural consistency, and enduring relevance. Each development is approached as a complete environment rather than a collection of individual homes, allowing planning, infrastructure, and design to work together with intention.
Echelon continues this philosophy in a more intimate, infill context, applying the same care and cohesion on a boutique scale.
Thrilled Home Builders
Thrilled Home Builders serves as the exclusive builder for Echelon, bringing a design-forward approach to residential construction rooted in architectural discipline and thoughtful execution.
Known for refined modern architecture and an emphasis on livability, Thrilled approaches each home as part of a larger composition. Materials, form, and interior environments are considered within a cohesive framework, ensuring both individuality and continuity across the neighborhood.
This alignment between developer and builder allows Echelon to be realized with consistency, clarity, and care.
A Shared Approach
Echelon reflects a unified development model – one in which land planning, architecture, and construction are intentionally coordinated.
As an Another Leadership Properties community, it joins a broader lineage of thoughtfully conceived neighborhoods shaped by restraint, purpose, and respect for how people live over time. The result is a residential environment designed to feel considered from the outset and enduring well into the future.
